CASA DO PATÍN
This historic 18th century building is notable for its granite architecture and a beautiful skating rink, now converted into a university library.
This unique construction of granite ashlars is located in the neighborhood of Esteiro and is from the mid-eighteenth century. Its initial use was residential. It has three floors and an attic which was added later. It has an access to a higher floor on the outside of the building on one of its side facades (called Patín). It was rehabilitated by the Council of Ferrol and the University of A Coruña to house the University Library.
